Iverson: “That Makes Me Feel Old”

In a recent interview on Comcast Sports Net, Allen Iverson reacted to being diagnosed with Arthritis in his left knee. He sat out practice yesterday and will most likely not be ready to go when the Sixers face Washington tonight. His smiles and up beat personality were a positive though, as he stated hearing the word Arthritis made him feel old. “You could have said anything but Arthritis,” Iverson said with a smile. Truth be told, he will have to deal with the ailing knee problem probably the rest of his days in an NBA uniform. Hopefully there’s still some juice left to help the Sixers make a second half run in the Atlantic Division. Get better A.I. and rest up that old wheel!
