Philadelphia 76ers Vs Atlanta Hawks: Recap

The losing streak is over!!! The Sixers snapped their 5-game losing streak with a 99-80 victory over the Hawks. Evan Turner led the way with 21 points, 6 assists and 5 rebounds. Four other Sixers finished in double figures in a easy win. Jrue Holiday returned with 11 points, 7 assists and 4 rebounds. With Holiday back in the lineup, the Sixers played like a different team. Spencer Hawes brought a punch off the bench with 12 points and 8 rebounds and was a force on the defensive end. The Sixers outrebounded the Hawks 45-37 and scored 12 points off of Atlanta’s 17 turnovers. Josh Smith had 17 points and 6 rebounds in the loss and was contained well all game. Al Horford had 7 points and 8 rebounds but was not able to dominate inside. In his return, Lou Williams had 13 points and 4 assists. The Sixers controlled this game due to the fact that they shot 51 percent from the field and dominated the glass all night. The Sixers move 13-14 and will take on the Nets in Brooklyn Sunday afternoon.

Jrue Holiday returned with 11 points and 7 assists to snap their 5-game losing streak.
