Philadelphia 76ers Vs Golden State Warriors: Preview

Game Info: 10:30 pm ET, Oracle Arena, Oakland, CA. Airing on CSN.

The Sixers head to Oakland for the the third game of their eight game road trip. They are 1-1 after an impressive 99-89 victory over Memphis Wednesday night. Dorrell Wright led the Sixers with 28 points and 6 rebounds in only his 4th start of the year. Spencer Hawes was a spark off the bench with 20 points, 9 rebounds and 5 blocks. The Sixers shot 52 percent from the field and held their own on the glass to get a win against a very good Memphis team. The Warriors head in after beating the Jazz 94-83 in Utah. Stephen Curry led the Warriors with 23 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists and will be a tough match up for Jrue Holiday. David Lee had 18 points and 9 rebounds and will be a menace in the lane if Thaddeus Young doesn’t body him up and contain him on the glass. Both these teams love to fire the three, so perimeter defense will be very important. The Warriors are a much improved squad who likes to push the tempo and take a lot of threes. If the Sixers can play decent perimeter defense and contain David Lee inside, they can leave Oakland with another quality road win.
