Jrue Holiday : The Journey from Ordinary to All-Star

From being just another ordinary point guard, to being an all-star; that’s Jrue Holiday.

His maturity and growth this season has made a huge impact on this team.

When Holiday became a Philadelphia 76er, we didn’t know what exactly he would bring to this team. We knew he had potential and could put up decent numbers, but in the 2012-2013 year, Holiday’s career completely changed. From being a 8 PPG player, to a 18.4 PPG player, this is what the city of Philadelphia needed.

Now the Sixers have someone they can rely on that is consistent; now the Sixers have an all-star. Now the Sixers have such a talented, young, exciting, and play-making point guard that they can build around. Now they have someone that can put the team on his back.

Holiday has had a phenomenal season this year: 18.4 PPG, 8.5 APG, and 4.3 RPG.

With his potential, just imaging how much better he can be if he keeps on improving.
