Andrew Bynum: Dancing in Madrid

Just when we thought that the Andrew Bynum saga was all but over, there’s more. Andrew Bynum was seen doing his best “Dancing With The Stars” impression in a cafe in Madrid.

After not suiting up for a single game this season for the Sixers, this is close to unbearable to watch. The blockbuster trade that brought Bynum to Philadelphia was supposed to be franchise-changing. Well, it changed the franchise; just not in the way anticipated. Instead of crying after an Eastern Conference Semifinals loss, fans are now crying over videos of the 7-footer dancing.

Bynum has collected more than $16 million this season, despite not playing once. First, he injured his knee, which is not that unexpected of a guy his size. Then, he re-injured it…bowling. BOWLING. After all of that, he was expected to make his debut around the All-Star break.

All season long, the big man had Sixers fans clinging to false hope and promises. Instead, he will more than likely change teams this summer, sign a max-contract, and not think twice about it.

At least he had fun in Madrid.
