A lawsuit was filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday. A women claimed that she had been drugged and raped. The defendant? Nick Young.

According to the lawsuit, the two had previously met on two separate occasions. On August 21, 2011, the woman, referring to herself as Jane Doe, went to Crown Bar in West Hollywood with a friend.

Let the story begin. Young allegedly approached the two women, offering them both drinks. The women then accepted two champagne beverages from the current Sixer.

After that is when the story becomes somewhat hazy. The woman claims to not remember what happened after she finished the drink but believes Young took her to his apartment and had non-consensual sex with her. However, the woman was in Young’s apartment that night, but Young complied when she asked him to take her home.

The woman alleges Young slipped Gamma-Hydroxbutyric acid, better known as the date-rape drug or GHB. Tests did confirm that she was given GHB at sometime. She also underwent exams at UCLA Santa Monica Rape Treatment Center, proving there was anal and rectal bleeding.

According to the lawsuit, the woman believes that not only Young should be held responsible but the bar as well. She believes Crown Bar’s employees failed to provide the proper security to monitor the behavior of customers.

Marvin Wolf, the woman’s lawyer, confirms that young is the defendant in the lawsuit. Representatives of the 76ers organization could not be reached, according to reports.
