Detroit had the 7th pick in the second-round, and they got good value for it.

Tony Mitchell out of North Texas was a projected first-rounder that fell right onto their laps.

Athletically, Mitchell is one of the most gifted talents in the draft. He can block shots, rebounds, run the floor, and finish in the paint. If given the chance, Mitchell could flourish in transition.
