Michael Carter-Williams had a phone interview with HoopsWorld.com, and shared some interesting words on if he believed he could potentially win the Rookie of the Year award.

“I think I have a pretty good chance at it. I’m just going to go out there and play my game and hope for the best. I’m not really thinking about the numbers that I need to get to win Rookie of the Year or anything like that. I’m just going to go out there and do the best that I possibly can. I think I can be as good as I want to be. It’s just a matter of how much work I put in. I know what I need to do and I’m going to put in the work, so hopefully I can be great.”
