Michael Carter-Williams Slated to Return to Lineup Friday vs Nets

Per Keith Pompey of Philly.com, Michael Carter-Williams is slated to return to game action on Friday vs the Nets.

Carter-Williams has been sidelined since December 5th (my birthday), with a right knee infection. Coach Brown said it was “pointing in that direction” for MCW to play on Friday.

Since MCW’s first career triple double on December 3rd (which was his last game played), where he scored 27 points, 12 boards and 10 dimes in a 127-126 double OT victory against the Orlando Magic, the Sixers haven’t won a game.

The Sixers have lost eight in a row without their Rookie of the Year candidate, so his return will be welcomed with open and loving arms.

Welcome back MCDUBS!
