BREAKING NEWS: Sixers To Waive Daniel Orton

Per Marc Stein of ESPN, the Sixers are expected to waive Daniel Orton before 5 PM today.

After we just had a piece written about him and I told people to watch Orton tonight in the game? WELL. THEY CAN”T WATCH HIM IF HE ISN”T ON THE TEAM!

Not sure why the Sixers would waive Orton, he has seemed valuable when given the minutes. I’m aware he has had problems with his weight and just, you know, coordinating his brain with his feet and hands at times. Still, the talent is undeniable.

However, the Sixers are meeting with Devin Ebanks. This may be the answer, still I don’t see why you waive Orton and not someone like Elliot Williams or Lorenzo Brown. Especially Elliot Williams.

What is the answer Hinkie?!

I’m assuming there HAS to be a corresponding roster move. Stay tuned people!
