Oh, what a shot.

This just makes me miss Lou Williams and that team so much more.

This game was on Easter day in 2011, the Sixers came into the series down 3-0 to the Miami Heat. Most teams would back down and just quit. Excuse me, THIS IS PHILADELPHIA. WE FIGHT. Right, Chip?

Funny thing, is that I was actually at this game. I remember watching this play and when Evan Turner sort of fumbles the ball, I was like “Oh man, we are screwed.” Then, he gets it over to Lou Williams and hoists one up. BANG. SIXERS WIN!

Man, I was with my (then) (now ex) girlfriend at the game and when he hit that shot, I almost gave her a concussion from how hard I reacted.

I didn’t appreciate this team at the time, but I do now. Andre Iguodala, Lou Williams, Evan Turner, Jrue Holiday, Elton Brand. Man, that was our team.

Let’s enjoy this one people.
