After last nights beat down by the defending NBA Champion Miami Heat, the Sixers now sit with a 13-26 record on the season. But there is little time to focus as they are on the road tonight to face the Chicago Bulls at 8 p.m. ET. The Bulls will be without star’s Derrick Rose, who they lost to injury again, and Loul Deng who was traded to the Cleveland Cavaliers earlier this month. In order for the Sixers to win, they will need to have a better shooting performance from everyone. As a team over their last twelve games, they have shot over 50 percent just once. Last night against the Heat, the team struggled shooting the ball, only to end the night shooting a mere 36 percent from the floor.
Even though the Bulls will be shorthanded, the Sixers will still have to deal with Carlos Boozer and Joakim Noah inside the paint. Noah has been a nuisance against Philadelphia ever since the fans booed him when he injured himself during the 2012 NBA playoffs. Especially since the Sixers are weak on the inside as is, I look for him to have a big night on the stat board. Boozer should also have a solid night, especially on the glass, because the Sixers are not known to be a good rebounding team.
