Michael Carter-Williams scores 17 points in Rising Stars Challenge

Michael Carter-Williams couldn’t stop smiling Friday night.

Carter-Williams, who participated in the Rising Stars Challenge, had a great performance and enjoyed his time out there on the court with the other young, rising stars. MCW finished with 17 points, 9 assists, and 6 rebounds. Team Hill went on to defeat Team Webber, 142-136.

Tim Hardaway Jr. had a breakout performance, scoring 36 points. Anthony Davis put up 16 points, 8 boards, 4 assists, 3 steals, and 2 blocks. Mason Plumlee scored 20, grabbed 7 boards, and had 4 steals. Victor Oladipo finished with 13 points and 4 assists.

Dion Waiters went beast-mode, scoring 31 points and dishing out 7 assists. Damian Lillard scored 13 points, grabbed 5 rebounds, and had 5 assists. Bradley Beal finished with 21 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists. Terrence Jones scored 14 and Harrison Barnes scored 16.

Andre Drummond won the Rising Stars Challenge MVP award, as he put up 30 points and grabbed 25 boards.
