Preview: Sixers vs Houston Rockets

Who: 76ers @ Houston Rockets
When: 8pm
TV/Radio: CSN Philly / 97.5 The Fanatic

To be honest, the next game matters more. Tonight the 76ers take on the Houston Rockets deep in the heart of Texas. They will look to snap the second longest losing streak in NBA history of 25 games. If they lose they will tie the all time record of 26 set by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2010-11 season.

The next game matters in terms of history. If the Sixers fall tonight to Dwight Howard and company they will only tie the record. Losing the home game Saturday against Detroit in addition to this game in Houston will give them sole possession of the all time futility mark. Just another record of that caliber for the city of Philadelphia to lay claim to.

Could this be the upset Brett Brown and company were looking for. Or will James Harden remind this team that they are barely, and I mean BARELY above a D-League squad right now. It almost makes you think what the roster were to look like if they were even trying.
