76ers Fight Hard, But Lose High Scoring Contest Against Toronto

The 76ers played one of their better games this year offensively in Toronto. However sometimes you also have to play defense. Maybe not fouling all the will help as well. The Sixers fell in Canada 124-114.

Quick Hits

  • Michael Carter-Williams 19 points, nine rebounds and eight assists, and was just short of his third triple-double of the year.
  • James Anderson scored 17 points going 5-7 from beyond the arc.
  • Henry Sims had another strong game scoring a team high 22 points going 10-15 from the field. He also grabbed eight rebounds in the process.
  • Sixers lock up the second worst record in the East with this loss.
  • The 76ers haven’t quite yet mastered defense letting Toronto spread the ball around.
  • Jonas Valanciunas 26 points. Kyle Lowry, 29 points. DeMar DaRozen, 17 points. Patrick Patterson, 17 points. So yeah, no defense.

  • Next game will be Friday at Memphis at 8pm on CSN.
