NBA Draft 2014: Andrew Wiggins Updated Scouting Report

Any Sixers fan is aware of Andrew Wiggins and his potential to be playing in a Sixers uniform next season — if the lottery doesn’t do Philadelphia dirty. Jabari Parker is another option, but Andrew Wiggins has been in all of our hearts since the moment everyone found out about him. Don’t you remember the first time you saw his high school mixtape on YouTube? Insane, just insane — this kid is going to be the next “Maple” Jordan.

Well, Wiggins traversed through a whole NCAA season, and with no surprise, declared for the NBA Draft. In 35 games at Kansas, Wiggins averaged 17.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.2 steals and 1.0 blocks per game. Not the meteoric explosion everyone expected, but those are solid numbers for someone stuck in Bill Self’s system, surrounded by players like Joel Embiid and Perry Ellis.

At only 19 years old, Wiggins is the definition of raw talent. There are times where he flashes brilliance that make him look like a future hall of famer and then other times, he’s just sitting on the perimeter waiting for the ball — which never comes. With this being said, Draftexpress.com released and updated scouting report on Wiggins which will be below. Check it out!
