NBA Summer League: Nerlens Noel in 76ers Lineup Tonight

After dropping 19 points in his debut against Orlando on Saturday, Nerlens Noel was held out of the 76ers Summer League contest on Sunday against Oklahoma City for precautionary reasons.

Nerlens Noel will be in the starting lineup for the 76ers contest tonight against the Houston Rockets. Noel will look to improve on his 19 point performance from his debut, which included going 7-of-7 from the free-throw line, something that fans hope continue into his second performance.

The 76ers coaching staff worked hard with Noel on rebuilding his jumper, so seeing him shoot 100 percent from the charity stripe was a welcome sight. He missed on the mid-range jumpers that he shot, but just to see Noel take a jumper is remarkable. Noel didn’t register a single jump shot during his tenure at Kentucky and in his first game with the Sixers, he showed he’s comfortable stretching the floor with his shot. Just imagine when he starts knocking them down.

All eyes should be on Nerlens Noel tonight.
