Joel Embiid Fires off on Twitter After LeBron's Decision

Yup, LeBron James is going home to Cleveland. Everyone — and I mean everyone, including my mother — has an opinion on this. By now, most of us are familiar with Joel Embiid’s twitter antics. Well, he’s back at it. Embiid sent a flurry of tweets out after it was announced that LeBron would be returning to the Cavaliers.

At first, it seemed like Embiid was just hoping that his boy Andrew Wiggins didn’t get traded before he played a real NBA game for the Cavaliers. Then, it kind of went in another direction, with Embiid claiming the 76ers will be NBA champions in two seasons — which looks to be Embiid’s debut in 2015-16. Cocky? Probably. Confident? Definitely. Simply Amazing? Yup.

Whatever the case may be, Joel Embiid has won Twitter today. The Cleveland Cavaliers may have LeBron and Wiggins, but we have Embiid and the Orlando Pro Summer League Championship. It’s all about perspective people.
