Important Notes from 76ers 2014-15 Schedule

If you didn’t know, the 76ers (and the rest of the NBA) released their schedules for the 2014-15 season. While the 2015 NBA Lottery date may be more important at this juncture, let’s go over some of the highlights of the schedule:

  • The 76ers season opener will be on October 29 at 7:00 P.M. vs the Indiana Pacers. Nerlens Noel vs Roy Hibbert in his first NBA game.
  • The 76ers HOME opener will once again be against the Miami Heat on November 1 at 7:00 P.M.
  • The Heat will also come back to Philadelphia to finish out the regular season on April 15.
  • The Houston Rockets will be in town on November 7.
  • Kevin Durant and OKC will be in Philly on December 5, aka my birthday, you can all buy me tickets.
  • January 5 will be LeBron’s trip to Philadelphia as a member of the Cavs.
  • On February 9, Andre Iguodala will make another trip back to Philly with the Warriors.
  • March 30 — KOBE IN PHILLY.

As you can imagine, the Wells Fargo Center will probably be packed when these above games occur and on other nights the place will probaby look like a high school gym for a girls JV basketball game. Plenty of stars will be making their way to Philadelphia this season, so make sure to map out what games you need to attend.
