From the 2013 offseason to the 2016 offseason, how does the Philadelphia 76ers rebuild compare to the Boston Celtics’ rebuild?

The Boston Celtics started their rebuild around the same time the Philadelphia 76ers began their own effort.

While the Celtics followed a traditional path, the Philadelphia 76ers were emboldened to drastically change as well. The Sixers opted in the direction of the franchise under new general manager Sam Hinkie. The Celtics’ rebuild has involved significantly more winning than the Sixers’ rebuild and still allowed them to potentially draft their next superstar.

So that causes a logical question to follow.

While the Celtics seem like the perfect way to conduct a rebuild and a direction the Sixers should have taken, could the Sixers have copied what the Celtics did from the 2013 offseason to the 2016 offseason and are the Sixers in a much worse position than the Celtics?
