The Philadelphia 76ers have weathered the storm and now command the upper hand as the NBA Trade deadline approaches. Here are 10 NBA Teams who need to deal for a 76ers player

Okay. If the mountain won’t come to Mohammed, let Mohammed go to the mountain. The Philadelphia 76ers could not have made this any easier for NBA teams. From the moment new president Bryan Colangelo arrived, he’s made it clear that the Philadelphia 76ers would like to deal.

So far, no NBA team has taken him up on his offer. And while that is not unusual, it will not remain this way. And so, to prime the well, we won’t sit back and hope and wait.

Let’s name the teams who need to deal with the Philadelphia 76ers now, and hope they realize the need before the trade deadline.

Cleveland Cavaliers. 10. team. 156. The Cleveland Cavaliers are good. In fact, no matter how they finish the regular season, They will be the odds on favorite in the playoffs to reach the Championship. But the Cavaliers need a point guard to come off the bench. The Philadelphia 76ers have just the guy: <a rel=. 33-14 record , PG.

Boston Celtics. 9. team. 18. The Boston Celtics are a good team. But the Celtics are a team that is close to competing now. So why have they amassed an exorbitant number of draft picks? To get “the guy”. If no team wants to part ways with a franchise player, the Celtics should pursue <a rel=. 31-18 record , C.

81. The Toronoto Raptors are a good team in a more precarious position than the Celtics. Whereas the Celtics could conceivably get close, miss, and reload, the Raptors have no such “Plan B” in the making. Toronto is sitting in a 3-7 tailspin, and watching the Boston Celtics pull away. The Raptors could improve their own team while shunting the efforts of the Boston Celtics to improve theirs. While <a rel=. 30-20 record , C. . Toronto Raptors. 8. team

team. 24. The Chicago Bulls are struggling. Right now, they need a positive event, something to turn things around towards the positive. A trade for Chicago native center Jahlil Okafor could be such a move. In fact, the Bulls are investigating the move right now. In fact, the Bulls are investigating the move right now. If they do, it could unite the lockerroom quickly.. 25-25 record , C. . Chicago Bulls. 7

100. The Indiana Pacers are a good team. But they could be far better. Right now, the team is winning games despite surrendering more points then the team scores. That will never do in the NBA Playoffs. But the Pacers could deal for Center Nerlens Noel and place him on the floor to thwart their opponent’s offense. His presence would be a dramatic improvement for the team.. 26-22 record , C. . Indiana Pacers. 6. team

. Portland Trail Blazers. 5. team. 34. The Portland Trail Blazer need help. Right now, they are six games below .500 and are merely playing .500 ball. That means they will land short of the playoffs. Surrendering 110 points per game will make any NBA team struggle. While the team boasts one of the best back courts in the NBA, they have little in the front court nor defensively. Center Nerlens Noel could help on both fronts.. 22-28 record , C

team. 27. The New York Knicks are another struggling team. Once expected to make the playoffs, the team is fighting for NBA relevance. Right now, they need a center who can score. And the synergy of center Jahlil Okafor and power forward <a rel=. 22-29 record , C. . New York Knicks. 4

. New Orleans Pelicans. 3. team. 69. The New Orleans Pelicans have an elite power forward in <a rel=. 19-31 record , C

. Minnesota Timberwolves. 2. team. 86. The Minnesota Timberwolves are a surprise this year. Despite signs of solid improvement last season, the T’Wolves are unable to crack the .500 record. The Timberwolves need a veteran who can help space the floor, a veteran power forward like <a rel=. 19-30 record , PF

. Los Angeles Lakers. 1. team. 20. The Los Angeles Lakers have been stuck in the mud on their rebuild. Right now, they need a positive event, something to string all of the pieces together and start to form a cohesive team. The 2017 NBA Draft does not hold as much value for the Lakers as for other teams. You see, the best players on the roster play the 1-3 positions, all positions which are loaded in this upcoming draft.
But the Lakers need front court bodies. In fact, the Lakers have the opportunity to correct there team somewhat painlessly. The Lakers could trade for center Jahlil Okafor and surrender a “needs time to develop” <a rel=. 17-35 record , C

In the end, the Philadelphia 76ers do not “NEED” to make any of these deals. The motivation for any of these transactions falls upon the other team, and their hopes to improve enough to end the season on a positive note.
