Nov 15, 2013; Fayetteville, Ar, USA; Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin

16. Chicago Bulls

Elfrid Payton, Point Guard/University of Louisiana at Lafayette

Elfrid going to the Bulls is probably best case scenario at this point. After the (most likely) failed project of Marquis Teague, Elfrid would be a great fit for the Bulls. He has improved his shooting and could play one or two guard alongside Derrick Rose. His height, length and skills makes this an incredible pick for the Bulls.

17. Boston Celtics

PJ Hairston, Shooting Guard/Texas Legends D-League

After going Noah Vonleh with their first pick, the Celtics will look to upgrade their wing depth. Look for Boston to go with a scorer at this point, seeing as they were bottom 5 in the league in OffRtg and PPG. PJ Hairston could step in right away and contribute. His 3-pt shooting and his ability to isolate on offense would be a great attribute to the Boston franchise.

18. Phoenix Suns

Clint Capela, Power Forward/Center/International

With Marcus/Markieff Morris and Channing Frye potentially heading to free agency next year, Clint Capela gives the Suns some much needed front-court depth and positional versatility. Still a very raw prospect but his size, length and defense potential gives teams hope he will be an effective player.

19. Chicago Bulls

Adreian Payne, Power Forward/Center/Michigan State University

Payne just seems like such a Bulls-type of player. With the likelihood of Boozer getting the amnesty treatment, the Bulls could be thin in the frontcourt next year. If Mirotic gives them a promise to come over this year (or a KLove trade/Melo signing happens) the Bulls they could go wing here. But Payne is BPA at this point in the draft; Bulls can’t pass him up.

20. Toronto Raptors

Shabazz Napier, Point Guard/University of Connecticut

Shabazz is the 4th best PG in the draft after Smart, Exum and Payton. With Lowry and Vasquez entering free agency and uncertainty at the position, the Raps should look for a point guard in case they leave. Shabazz is an energetic PG who plays in overdrive the entire time. A solid scorer, rebounder and facilitator, he is a great pick at 20.
