3. Kenan Sipahi, G, Kosovo (Fenerbahce)

An option for a potential second-round stash, Sipahi should be able to get some good playing time as Fenerbahce Ulker’s backup point guard. Sipahi has good size for the NBA at 6’4″, 180 lbs., with decent shooting ability, which could allow him to play some shooting guard.

Sipahi’s biggest strength is scoring efficiently, which he did last year in limited attempts. He shot 51.7 percent from the floor and 36.4 percent from three, both impressive marks. He also has potential in the NBA as a scoring backup point guard, a role he’s played over the last few years in Turkey.

Sipahi is 19-years-old as well, and given his current situation on Fenerbahce’s depth chart, it’s unknown whether he’ll actually enter the 2015 NBA Draft, or wait until 2016. If he does play well and decide to enter, he’s a guy who could fill a role as a shooter off the Philadelphia bench once his Fenerbahce contract is up in 2016.
