Karl-Anthony Towns

I recently wrote of KAT in a previous article that he was part of: “A great draft if you’re in the market for a starting center and you have the number one pick.

Often times, the NBA sees a center poor draft and relies on underclassmen guards loaded with potential but that is not the case this year.  Karl-Anthony Towns is NBA ready because he is a tremendously well-conditioned athlete known for playing well under pressure. Towns’s 12-foot jump shot continues to improve to round out his offensive arsenal. His 81 percent free-throw mark shows his potential as a shooter in the future.

On the defensive side of the ball he may have no equal in college ball patrolling the interior like a man possessed. KAT is an intimidating presence indeed and the first option offensively as he has worked tirelessly on his game. Most NBA scouts agree that he can become a true NBA center and franchise player. Towns averaged 2.5 blocks per game on the season and altered even more shots per game.
