Willie Cauley-Stein
Willie Cauley-Stein has quietly put together a three year career that is not only solid but sky high in pro potential. Along with the maturity that staying in school develops, Cauley-Stein is a coach-able, hard working, never-say-die-athlete who will give 100 percent every game. The only knock on his game may be his offensive skill set in the interior where his defensive game happens to be rock solid. Scouts are in agreement that his ball-handling is above average for a big man and that he has a place in the NBA.
Some think that Cauley-Stein can be a solid backup while others feel that he can become a front line starter. In either case, due to a good showing in his final campaign he has likely moved himself into the latter part of this year’s lottery.
