Frank Kaminsky
Teams desperate for a big man in the middle will be tempted to subscribe to the theory of when in doubt draft tall. Frank Kaminsky although not particularly talented is big and strong. Is he coachable? Can he be taught to play the middle? The answer is yes.
Perhaps it’s fair to say that Kaminsky’s best case scenario is to achieve the level of play of maybe a Brad Miller; for the chances of him providing a role like Pau Gasol or Tyler Zeller are slim. FK may not be crucial to his eventual team’s ultimate success but perhaps a vital bench cog nonetheless. Offensively Frank “the Tank” is okay — possessing a long-range jumper but unable to take care of business inside the paint.
