Kevon Looney
Nothing “looney” about it; he’s NBA ready. Kevon Looney is NBA bound and likely to make a decent sized splash when he arrives. With a game reminding some of Al-Farouq Aminu, Kevon brings much more offense to the table with his screen and roll or pop abilities. He was a deflection creating machine in many heralded PAC-12 matchups. Scouts are in love with his potential while displaying some caution regarding his occasional skill to wither away during games. Some scouts attribute this to a lack of body strength while others feel that the NBA level play will bring out the best in KL. Hopeful to be drafted midway through Round 1, he’s rich in potential.
Kevon Looney’s stat line for 2014-2015:
PPG: 11.6 RPG: 9.2 APG: 1.4
