18. Utah Jazz
Projected Record: 40-42

The Utah Jazz is a team about as close to “autopilot” as they come.   With a lineup of C Rudy Gobert, PF Derrick Favors, SF Gordon Hayward, PG Trey Burke, and SG Dante Exum all sitting at 25 years of age or younger, the only true “management” obligation is to keep them healthy, trained, and watch the roster mature into one of the better teams in the NBA.

At 38-42 last season, the team could improve even more if any of the players has a breakout year.    I simply see more of the “steady as she goes” track.
