16. Phoenix Suns
Projected Record: 41-41

The Phoenix Suns made efforts in free agency to show that they are definitely in the heat of the playoff hunt, at least in this off-season.  They failed to attract LaMarcus Aldridge, who went to the San Antonio Spurs.  Instead, they had to settle for former Maverick C Tyson Chandler.   But if he is the Maverick’s loss, then he is most assuredly the Suns’ gain.

Already an offensive team, Chandler should clog up the middle for their opponents, while improving their own offensive rebounds.   The difference to the Suns with Chandler starting at center is four games.

So that’s what they got.
