25. Orlando Magic
Projected Record: 30-52
The Orlando Magic is a team on the mend from their own rebuild. The off-season did not yield much in the way of “superstar”, but it did result in the team keeping the services of the young and improving Tobias Harris. Coming from the Milwaukee Bucks in the 2012/13 season, Harris immediately set up shop on the Magic roster as a good scoring small forward (SF). Not only a leader on the court, he’s evolving into a fan favorite.
Coming off a 25-57 season, the team improves to a 30 win as the young talent grows into their roles in the NBA. They could be better if their young bucks exceed my estimates in their learning curve. But then again, they could finish worse.
