The Philadelphia 76ers have one of the most historic franchises of all time. It’s only fitting that we take a look at their respectable history.

The Philadelphia 76ers have had on their roster some of the most influental basketball players of all-time. From Charles Barkley, to Moses Malone, to Allen Iverson. The team has had some big names.

Since the team’s inception in Syracuse, New York, the team has won three championships and appeared in the playoffs 47 times. Although the recent past for the Sixers has been filled with mostly tough times and hard-to-swallow seasons due to an intense rebuilding process put in place by Sam Hinkie, general manager, the past is something Sixers fans will always be able to hold onto.

We decided to take a storybook route with this post, putting each of our 30 most memorable moments in chronological order. So as you read this post, you can take a journey on the franchise, from the beginning in upstate New York, to its move down to southeastern Pennsylvania, and even through Jahlil Okafor being drafted.

This was a team effort. Much of the staff of The Sixer Sense chipped in and wrote up a few of their favorite moments. Their author pages are linked at the bottom of their respective slides. Feel free to click on and see some of their more personal work.

So, without further ado, I give you the top 30 most memorable moments in Phialdelphia 76ers history.
