"The Sixers need a point guard for the future and I really think Baldwin could be the steal of the draft in the middle to late of the first round. At a shade over 6’1″ the PG from Vandy doesn’t have ideal height, but his 6’10″ wingspan more than makes up for it and will allow him to stay with the shiftier guards in the NBA. The sophomore is shooting 50% from three and and is 70th in the country in true shooting percentage at 66%. This dude can ball and has outplayed his teammate Damian Jones, who is projected as a lottery pick. Right now most of the mock drafts have him going at around 18 in the draft, which would be incredible value for a relatively unknown guard coming into college. – D.C. Gaitley"
I have not seen much tape on Baldwin, and the availability of footage on him from college online is limited. From the little I have seen of Baldwin he can shoot, and sometimes struggles to finish around the basket. I will defer to D.C. on this one. By what he is saying Baldwin could be a great steal in the mid rounds of the draft. I will certainly be watching Vanderbilt games for the rest of the season.
