My Prediction:  Damian Jones    Actual 2016 NBA Draft: Juan Hernangomez

Once more, I anticipated the success of the 2016 NCAA championship to translate into a positive impact in the ensuing NBA draft, but the results proved otherwise.  My guess for Vanderbilt center Damian Jones to come off here was just 15 picks too soon.

The correct selection was Juan Hernangomez, a young power forward  from Spain who gained in popularity as the ensuing NBA draft approached.  I didn’t see that coming.  But one more point for me and I am at 39 points at the half way mark.
