NBA Rumors: More To Nerlens Noel Scratch?

More Waiting In The Wings

While competing with Embiid and Okafor is plenty to deal with, his absence allowed Richaun Holmes to play center for the 76ers. And play he did

If the objective was to make things uncomfortable for the Philadelphia 76ers, the plan backfired. Certainly the name of Richaun Holmes has been added to the list of young players deserving some quality minutes through the season.  In fact, the rapid ascension of Holmes may force the hand of the Philadelphia 76ers to make a less than satisfactory trade now in order to allow sufficient minutes for Holmes to grow.

While Holmes makes the most of his minutes and opportunity, the preseason has yet to hear from Jahlil Okafor, and needs a great deal more from Nerlens Noel, before the defense can rest.

But is there a white knight waiting in the wings?  What about the trade rumors which are a constant droning now regarding either Nerlens Noel or Jahlil Okafor?
