Swiss Army Knife

He is a swiss army knife on a basketball team. As one of the most versatile players in the NBA right now, he does a little bit of everything.

On the team, he is third in scoring (12.6 points), third in rebounding (6.3 RPG), third in assists (2.2 APG), seventh in steals (0.69 SPG) and ninth in blocks (.33 BPG). He is slightly below average for the team in accuracy, shooting 41.6 percent from the floor and 32.4 percent from three-point range.

The impressive nature of his play is not single statistic, but the range of skills he offers on the basketball court. He can play virtually any position in the front court. He has handles like a guard, and his no-eyes passing is worthy of the highlight reel every time

He simply “gets it”.  He is not the strongest nor the fastest. But when he is playing basketball, he needn’t be. He simply needs to be stronger, or faster, or more elusive, then the player defending him. And that is how he has emerged as the go to guy with the Philadelphia 76ers.
