At this position the Detroit Pistons would of hoped that one of the top point guards may have fell to their laps, unfortunately this is not the case in my Mock Draft. After the top five point guards there is  a massive drop off in talent.

In this case the Pistons may decide to go with a high risk, high reward option in Isaiah Hartenstein. Due to the rumors of Andre Drummond being on the trade block, perhaps drafting a big man may be the route the Pistons decide to go down.

Hartenstein provides a great blend of size and athleticism, whilst also having a decent long range shot. However, the German hasn’t been given much of a chance to show what he can do in the Euroleague, he’s only played 3.2 minutes a game throughout five games. The Pistons will be drafting him mainly on his upside.
