Conspiracy Theory Or Fact?

In essence, he was there to stop then-president Sam Hinkie from any more trades in his mind that would dilute the team’s “win” potential any further.
In fact, CBS Sports reported in February 2016 confirmed that the Celtics almost traded for Okafor in 2016 as suspected.

Whether it did or did not go down that way is now a moot point.  How does this resolve?

It Don’t Come Easy

Well, in the words of Ringo Starr in his top 40 song “It Don’t Come Easy, you know it don’t come easy“.

The team does not have a spectrum of options, so here are the three steps the team must do to pull out of this with a positive (if not completely happy) ending.

Step one:  Get Jahlil Okafor 100 percent healthy
In Step two:  Coach Okafor’s Defense up
Finally In Step three: Add complimentary skillset to roster
