The “Most Likely to Kill a Lion” Award — Justin Anderson

First off, Embiid would become friends with the lion. He could never kill one. He’d probably introduce it to Shirley Temples and take Instagram pictures with it with the location being the Wells Fargo Center. Embiid has mad respect for greatness which a lion could.

More from The Sixer Sense

Justin Anderson would most likely kill a lion because of two reasons. One reason is that he has something to prove. Acquired in the Nerlens Noel deal, Anderson has had to deal with the Philadelphia media criticizing him. I feel like if killing a lion would get the media off his back, he would do it.

Another reason is that Anderson’s nickname is Simba. Have you ever seen the Lion King? Simba kills Scar (I think I haven’t seen it since I was 5). Like Simba, Anderson wants to do what’s best for the team and the city.

For these reasons, I can see Justin Anderson killing a lion.

The most likely to try to sell you his personalized cologne — TLC

I have never met TLC or ever hung out with him, but he seems like the type of guy who would always pitch you his bad smelling cologne. He just gives off that vibe to me. Nothing wrong with having an entrepreneurial spirit. I’m guessing the cologne smells like three French wines and a dash of potential. Not bad TLC, not bad.

Best Note Taker — Richaun Holmes

Holmes has improved significantly over the course of this season and it’s likely because he is one of the hardest workers on the 76ers. Ever since his days at Bowling Green, Holmes has been improving his game every year and adapting new parts into his game. So far, it has been working well. Holmes has surpassed Okafor on the depth chart and has become one of the best reserve bigs in the league. Holmes will continue to improve and it’s likely because he’s one of the best note takers Brett Brown has.

Most likely to be a very polite house guest — Dario Saric

Saric has not seemed upset since a role player stole rookie of the year from him. I get this vibe from Saric that he seems like he’s very easy to get along with. I can imagine in the future Super Dario and I vacationing in the Hamptons and Dario being so polite that we get upgraded to a luxury suite.

On the court, Saric has been a great presence. He’s willing to pass the ball and has improved the ball movement tremendously. This trait explains why he and Toy Jesus have one of the best bromances in the league. Saric’s game will age nicely as I can see him becoming a LaMar Odom type player who makes his teammates better.

Because of how willing he is to share the ball and how humble he is, Saric wins most likely to be a very polite house guest.

Most likely to succeed — Joel Embiid

The cornerstone Superlative award goes to Joel Embiid. Embiid is a once in a generation talent who averaged a 20-8 in 25 MINUTES A GAME. I could go on and on about Embiid, but many people have. If Embiid stays healthy he will be a Hall of Famer.  No doubt. So let’s move on.

The Toby Flenderson Award — Jahlil Okafor

The least liked Sixer by a long shot. This video describes all of Philly’s reaction when he didn’t get traded during the draft.

Okafor’s lack of defensive effort and off the court actions have made him one of the most disliked athletes in Philadelphia. As a result, he will be here forever, like Toby. Jahlil is clearly our winner for this award.
