Free agents vote approval

After all is said and done, the team is selling tickets at a record setting pace. The team holds two top 2016-2017 NBA rookies (despite the vote), and will debut Markelle Fultz and Ben Simmons simultaneously this year.

All the while, the team continued to be dismissed by the NBA experts. No free agent would sign with the team, surely.  And yet, the team signed Utah Jazz free agent J.J. Redick to a one-year $23 million deal.

Second Signing

The team followed that up by reuniting Bryan Colangelo with his former Toronto Raptor forward Amir Johnson with a one-year $11 million deal.  Now, the only thing left is for the NBA to answer one basic question:  How do you like this team now?

If you need reasons to appreciate the Philadelphia 76ers in the upcoming season, you are in luck.
