22. Nickeil Alexander-Walker, PG, Virginia Tech

The 6-foot-6, Canadian guard has flown under the radar this summer. Nickeil Alexander-Walker has rarely been mentioned with the top point guards in this class. With fairly low expectations for the incoming freshman, he’ll be in a position to ball-out, and thus attain gain the attention from NBA scouts.

Alexander-Walker is a terrific shooter of the ball, it was on great display at Adidas Nations where he shot 57.4 percent. Furthermore, the Canadian put up 17.4 per game at the U18 Americas Championship. This scoring talent will be on show this upcoming season, expect Alexander-Williams to put up a lot of shots for Virginia Tech.

I’m sure Alexander-Williams will stuff the stat sheet for the Hokies this year. His frame, including his 6-10 wingspan, will be and around the paint to grab rebounds to push the ball forward, similar to how Ben Simmons is used for the Philadelphia 76ers in that regard. If Alexander-Williams can impress scouts enough, he may hear his name called in the first round of next June’s draft.
