Trier, along with Grayson Allen and Miles Bridges, is an early favorite for National Player of the Year. Arizona has struggled in recent games, but he remains a high-octane scorer who could bring an immediate punch to a professional second unit.

Iso Zo is the moniker Trier has earned over the past few seasons, and it fits his game well. Never much of a passer, his role at the next level will be based around his ability to score the ball in droves. He’s a strong spot-up shooter, but also possesses advanced handles and an excellent mid-range game when working off the bounce.

Awareness is something Trier will need to improve on at the next level, but he’s already a polish scorer who can step right into a spark-plug kind of role for a rebuilding team like the Nets.
