14. Allonzo Trier, SG, Arizona

Similarly to Petty, Allonzo Trier has had a terrific start to the season. Trier has emerged as a front-runner for National Player of the Year. The third-year guard is averaging 23.9 points, 3.5 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game.

Additionally, Trier has been incredibly efficient in putting up his points. From the field, Trier is currently making 57.1 percent of his shots. From behind the arc, Trier is knocking down 39.5 percent of the three-pointers he’s taken this year.

With a strong Arizona team, including DeAndre Ayton, they could be a real force this season, with aspirations of cutting the nets at the end of March Madness. It could be a great end to Trier’s collegiate career, should he opt to enter the 2018 NBA Draft.
