5. Collin Sexton, PG/SG, Alabama

Collin Sexton has been on fire for Alabama this season. Sexton missed the first game of the season against Memphis due to eligibility issues, as they determined he was the unnamed player identified in a federal complaint. Thankfully, Sexton returned and didn’t miss a lot of time through this.

More from Draft

After his return, Sexton is averaging 22.1 points and four assists per game. More impressively, Sexton has quieted claims about how he can’t shoot threes by shooting threes at a 46.2 percent clip, whilst attempting 3.7 a game. Sexton has performed a lethal combination alongside John Petty.

Sexton brings a competitive edge to the game, he has the ability to switch the momentum like a flip of the switch. His attitude is the complete opposite to that of Lonzo Ball, as Sexton gets all up in his opponent’s face. He’s a type of player that everyone would like to have on their team.

If Sexton can continue this hot start, he’ll make a strong case for being selected in the top-five of the draft.
