1. Marvin Bagley III, PF/C, Duke

Out of all freshmen, Marvin Bagley III has been the most impressive. Considering he should currently be a high school senior, it makes what Bagley is doing all the more impressive. Bagey has been a major threat on the offensive side of the ball.

On the season, Bagley is averaging 22 points per game, 11.2 rebounds per game and one block per game. Moreover, Bagley has already had five games where he put up 24-plus points. Additionally, Bagley already has eight double-doubles in 10 games this season.

In an interview, Bagley said he wants to model his game around Kevin Durant and Giannis Antetokounmpo. We’ve already seen snippets of Bagley rebounding the ball and bringing the ball up himself.  So far, Bagley hasn’t shot the ball well at all. The forward is making just 29.4 percent of his three-point shots, as well as just 61.2 percent of his attempts at the free-throw line.

As I said with Bamba, Bagley could be the next unicorn in the NBA. Along with, Ben Simmons, Giannis Antetokounmpo and Kristaps Porzingis, Bagley shares so many similarities with them. The potential is sky-high for Bagley.
