15. Bruce Brown Jr., PG/SG, Miami

Brown entered the season as a potential top-10 talent, but is in severe danger of tumbling down these rankings after a rough start to the season. He’s 6-foot-5 with a 6-foot-9 wingspan, so the athleticism and physical tools are all there, but he seems to have lost some of his luster offensively.

Perhaps the most glaring example of Brown’s recent struggles was Miami’s loss to Georgia Tech on Wendnesday. He was out of sync all night, missing easy looks and struggling to find any sort of rhythm — all why his primary matchup, Josh Okogie, thrived on the other end.

His physical gifts and defensive ceiling should keep Brown firmly in the first round conversation, but he’s an older sophomore (21) who’s showing minimal growth.
