9. Kevin Knox, SF/PF, Kentucky
Knox remains in the top 10 despite some obvious flaws. He’s 6-foot-9 with a 7-foot-3 wingspan, a versatile athlete at the forward positions — something NBA teams crave. He’s currently shooting 33.3 percent from deep, something he’ll need to keep building on to stay this high.
The Wildcats are severely lacking when it comes to spacing, so Knox’s ability to knock down shots is important. He’s still rough when it comes to creating his own offense in isolation, though, so that shooting is equally as important to his draft stock.
His physical tools bode well on the defensive end. He can defend on the perimeter while making smart plays around the interior, giving his coaches at the next level plenty of options. He’s the best stretch-four in this draft outside of Michael Porter Jr.
