Washington State – Carter Skaggs
In any basketball team, there is always the chance that one or two players do not get the lions’ share of minutes, but make the most of the time they earn on the basketball court. Streaky 6-foot-5 shooting guard Carter Skaggs can be deadly at the perimeter. But he is famous in Pac-12 circles as the recipient of one of the most egregious flagrant fouls I have ever witnessed in an NCAA basketbacll game.
For the record, the USC perpetrator was suspended for one-half game as a result.

So it is no wonder that Skaggs has been somewhat streaky in the aftermath of that event. While it has only been three games, it’s played a noticeable negative impact on his production

Still, Skaggs has some games to turn this around and likely will do just that. If the Philadelphia 76ers see improvement in his game, they could toss a late second at him to land a high upside prospect.
