Knox is in a tough spot on a Kentucky team that continues to struggle. They lack spacing and don’t have much consistency on offense, so some of his struggles can be attributed to his role more than anything else. He’s still putting up 14.3 points and 5.6 rebounds per game for the Wildcats.
Shooting just 29.8 percent from deep, Knox’s shooting is going to be a point of emphasis for scouts. He hasn’t been quite as proficient in isolation as many anticipated, so his ability to spot-up and knock down shots will be crucial for his immediate success.
He profiles as a solid defensive prospect, standing at 6-foot-9 with long arms and plenty of athleticism. The Bulls can add a talented forward with two-way upside alongside their current core of Lauri Markkanen, Zach LaVine and Kris Dunn.
