9. Troy Brown, SG/SF, Oregon
I’m buying into Brown more and more, as he checks just about every box on the wing. He’s 6-7, has long arms, is improving his jumper, and is capable of operating as a secondary playmaker at the next level.

Brown is only shooting 32.9 percent from deep, but his stroke in clean and his role has been increasing all season long with the Ducks. He’s already a crafty ball handler, using his frame to finish around the basket and making advanced passes for an 18-year-old forward.
A high-upside defender with a lot of tools in his bag offensively, Brown could be the biggest sleeper in this year’s lottery discussion. Oregon hasn’t been on the national stage much, but he’s quietly putting together a solid campaign.
