28. Hamidou Diallo, SG, Kentucky

After redshirting the spring semester in 2017, Diallo is struggling in his first full season with the Cats. His shots aren’t falling and he’s showing minimal progress from a developmental standpoint, averaging just 7.2 points in conference play while shooting 20 percent from deep.

Diallo is an insane athlete at 6-5. That alone gives him some potential in transition and as a slasher, while his defense might come around under NBA coaching. His inability to shoot with consistency hurts, though, and he’s not much of a creator off the bounce.

Essentially, Diallo is more potential than anything else. Somebody late in the first round will (reasonably) take a flier, but he’s extremely flawed at the moment.
